Password reset MWExceptionHandler.php errorThis happens with old MediaWiki with newer versions of PHP.- Any user cannot change password using Preferences There seems to be a problem with your login session; this action has been canceled as a precaution against session hijacking
- MW 1.30 The password reset was not handled. Maybe no provider was configured, dupe in Topic:U6d44gst71iipctd
- MW 1.29.1 - 1.30 ChangePassword.php error (same as above but with maintenance script)
- Missing articles after upgrading from 1.31.1 to 1.33?
- User name X is usable, cannot create an anonymous actor for it. Run maintenance/cleanupUsersWithNoId.php to fix this situation

- Class 'FormatJson' not found
- The cause is MediaWiki 1.27 (and maybe 1.31?) running on PHP 7.3. This is not compatible

- Cannot log in when username contains spaces in PHP 7.4: "wrong username or password": T243667

- VisualEditor: HTTP 400 errors trying to talk to rest.php: "The 'Promise-Non-Write-API-Action' HTTP header was sent but the request was to an API write module."
- On IRC: Solved it - and it was the most stupid thing I overlooked: rest.php wasn't symlinked, so index.php was handling it. Add that link and all is well
- Empty pages after upgrade to 1.35
- Lots of previous threads that I haven't bothered to collect

- logging table without log_user_text. This may happen if your wiki comes from a pre-1.16 version. MediaWiki is trying to apply the actor migration before creating the column...
- phab:T326071: Upgrade from 1.31.2 to 1.39 results in pages no longer being usable with "The revision #0 of the page named "x" does not exist." error
- VE most often does not display last version. VisualEditor displays an old version of the page.
