I get the following error in the logs when attempting to send a recovery email:

postfix/sendmail[26660]: fatal: Recipient addresses must be specified on the command line or via the -t option

I've seen this solution in several search results: solution. Set sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail -t in php.ini
