Translate extension

Will this page be added to the translate extension? Jan Ainali (WMSE) (talk) 21:37, 1 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Yes, it probably should. I'd like to make sure that the information is up-to-date before doing that. It should be ready for translation in a couple days :) guillom 11:42, 2 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
This is now done, and the page is ready for translation. Let me know if you encounter any issues :) guillom 11:59, 5 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Problem with lists

The list has blank lines between the item, which causes it to render as multiple separate one-item lists. This is a problem for screen readers and bad HTML anyway. But simply removing the blank lines isn't compatible with the translate extension. Is there a solution for this, or should we plan to manually correct all copies after they've been translated? Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 20:23, 12 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

The only workaround I know of is to include the translate tags directly in the list items (I did it recently on Help:TemplateData but I hadn't thought of it when I tagged VisualEditor/Portal). This is now done for VisualEditor/Portal, and I've also updated the existing translations. guillom 08:52, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 18:32, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Translating Timetable

In translating tool the timetable shows old data (propably from page VisualEditor and not from VisualEditor/Portal. Can someone fix that? Linnea (talk) 16:35, 21 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Might need to ping User:Guillom, as he has the translation rights. PEarley (WMF) (talk) 20:17, 22 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Yes, sorry about this. I forgot to re-mark the page for translation after updating the schedule. This should be fixed now. guillom 12:46, 23 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Support for Opera

The page seems to need updating. According to the Tech News 34 (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2013/34 "You can now use VisualEditor with the Opera browser"), VisualEditor now works with Opera. --Freebiekr (talk) 04:43, 31 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
