Development update

[edit]

We released MLEB 2015.10 and dropped support for MediaWiki 1.23 LTS.

Quite a lot of maintenance for Translate and one new feature that is very helpful to some wikis: If local TTMServer translation memory is marked as public, it will now automatically take advantage of TranslationWebServices query parallelization.

CLDR extensions was updated to include data from CLDR 28 release. Many new language names and other translations have been added thanks to Wikimedia volunteer translators and other CLDR contributors.

Usage data

[edit]
  • Translatable pages: Meta 2326 (+129); MediaWiki.org 2636 (+9); Commons 417 (+7)
  • Translate extension is installed on 203 wikis (+3), according to Wikiapiary
