I had not heard the term "hotwash" until you mentioned it in the phab task. I'm not thrilled that the current meaning is pretty far detached from the original (and literal) meaning. If it becomes popular, I'll use it, but until then, I'll probably tend to stick to retrospectives and sunset reviews.
