suggestion: first talk then delete

I think you are too fast at deleting stuff. "Frontend performance mediawiki" didn't lead me to ResourceLoader. It would have been much more pleasant to first leave a message on my talk page. Looking at the other comments on this page you seem to have made more people but me unhappy with your fast deletions. I understand you want to keep this wiki clean but there are better (nicer) ways to do that. Guaka 19:55, 10 May 2011 (UTC)

Come to think of it. There's much more to frontend performance than just aggregating CSS and JS files and it would be great to have an overview of this on this wiki. Please restore the page.

Sorry if it offended you, I will certainly undelete it once I see what's the point of it. Did you mean to create it to request something particular from MediaWiki developers, like automatic minification? Such requests should be made at Bugzilla (those that aren't already fulfilled.) Was it meant to be something else?

I wanted to work out a page about anything related to mediawiki's frontend performance. See what is missing, which extensions are around, how to configure your server, all that. Capeesh?

You write sorry but you didn't still undeleted the page.
