Saying "hello" in user warning templates
[edit]One of my edits to the user warning templates just got undone because they don't feel like it's necessary to not say the word "Hello". In my opinion, I feel like saying "hello" in ''every'' template would be unneccessary because it would hurt the user more in level 3 and 4 warnings, especially trolls.
