User:Yurik This is such a nice feature. I imported it to Wikipedia in my language and gave it a name corresponding to "animated world map". Ok?

Is the Play button supposed to result in an animation? It seldom works.

I suggest that the y-axis scale of the lower sumarized diagram be indicated? At least the top value, and maybe also the unit. It is not clear to me if the top value is for example 100% per capita or 7 per 100.000. Or can the global values be indicated with popup windows when holding the mouse over the plot?

Giving us the opportunity to choose the color scale from the template call would also be nice.

A conceivable future development would be increased interactivity. If I click on a certain country, or perhaps even group of countries, I would like to see a timeline graph for that specific country - showing the the nominal values and/or the world rank over time. sv:user:Tomas_tvivalaren ~~~

In these corona times, have you considered showing week-by-week or day-by-day statistics, for example of covid-19 deaths per 1 million people in each country? I think it can be a popular apclication? sv:user:Tomas_tvivlaren ~~~

We need to get this tool working better. We need programmers who are interested in working on it.

User:Yurik Can we have it such that the "See or edit source data" can be suppressed so that that link can simple be placed by a user in the caption?
