GPL-licensed source code

[edit]

It mentions "all content must be freely licensable under an applicable creative commons license." What about GPL code? Leucosticte (talk) 19:26, 26 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

I'm interested in this too. What to do if my code is already licensed under GPL? How to relicense it under Creative Commons l.? What about Apache License? Нирваньчик (talk) 13:49, 29 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

point 9

[edit]
9. The account creation text and the agreement to disclosure of personally identifiable information must be displayed to end users of any publicly viewable products.

I don't quite get this. The texts in provided links tells as if user is going to enter his login/password on a "publicly viewable products" but "publicly viewable products" like ex-toolserver tools will not require this at all in most cases. Нирваньчик (talk) 13:49, 29 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

No Wikimedia logos in Labs

[edit]

Please clarify item 10, no Wikimedia logos in Labs. I see the Wikipedia logo here in Labs on http://deployment.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org and other project logos on other test wikis in Labs. Are these exceptions or violations? Are similar exceptions to be expected? --Rogerhc (talk) 04:58, 15 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
