Talk:Wikimedia Apps/Synced Reading Lists
Add topicUser registrations
[edit]Considering this statement about new registrations from Android (in all languages?) going from 300 to 1000 per day, we should soon see a significant increase at https://stats.wikimedia.org/v2/#/all-projects/contributing/new-registered-users , right? The baseline is around 10k/day (in theory that number excludes autocreation). --Nemo 20:57, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
No ability to access in a browser?!?
[edit]Call me befuddled, but it seems like reading list management is one of those things that is so much easier to do w/ a 4X display using FF or Chrome.
Why make it hard?
Being able to put together lists is very helpful for doing research when you don't have time to read every linked article of importance. It would be great to share a list w/ someone else. This way someone new to a topic could be given a starting place, perhaps w/ some "required reading."
It seems crazy that "add to reading list" or "save for later" isn't part of the left-hand menu already.
One major benefit of reading lists is that is gives you and idea of the degree of interest and willingness to accept the content if someone sticks on their list.
