No, it doesn't depend on SUL finalization technically. It would be much easier if it did though. Mainly we just need developer time to start working on this. Right now Echo has quite a few bugs that are not-major at the local level, but will become major issues at the global level, which need to be fixed first. Legoktm (talk) 20:24, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
