Great start; move page?

Hi. This page is a great start. I'm just not sure it's in the right place currently (page title is "Personal tools"). Half of this document feels like a Requests for comment (RFC) and the other half feels like a Manual page. I'm inclined to believe that this page ultimately belongs at Requests for comment/Personal tools or Manual:Personal tools, depending on its final scope and purpose. --MZMcBride (talk) 18:43, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
