Preparing glossary for translators and Growth team. Only providing interwiki links, but not copying their contents: under different context, the same wording won’t have same meaning or usecases.

• translatewiki has a list and it includes those on Wikipedia in languages. Maybe more outside glossaries are developed after that list, but provides a bigger picture. Where will the Newcomers come from? Are they true newbies of encyclopedia writing or wiki tech?
