buttons sub menu for translators is absent in this New mode

Checking box 'New mode wikicode' makes that previous submenu with buttons (category file special:myLanguage ....) is lost => I used these elements as translator adminĀ !

The list of buttons appeared under the source when modifying a section of an EN page.

option menu left aligned text is overwritten by the icons

In my FR version, when I activate 'New mode wikicode' the wordings are left aligned and smashed by icons in the 'option' popup, so that we can read only partially the ends of strings => display texts AFTER the icons.
