Useful page?

Is it useful to have a page like this? These instructions are currently covered by Gadget_kitchen#Deploying_or_enabling_a_gadget. I think having these instructions in the Project namespace makes it easier to understand that this applies specifically to mediawiki.org, and this page can more easily be used as an example for other wikis to create similar pages. This page could also be expanded to include gadget criteria similar to those on w:Wikipedia:Gadget.

To reduce duplication with Gadget_kitchen#Deploying_or_enabling_a_gadget, we could move the "Steps for the user script author" here (and potentially the "Steps for the interface administrator" to Extension:Gadgets), focusing Gadget kitchen on being a generic tutorial for developing user scripts/gadgets.
