Documentation for MediaWiki developers and administrators

I find the ordering in this section a bit counter-intuitive. Would it make sense to:

• rename this section to "Documentation for MediaWiki administrators and developers", and
• reorder list items in this section to start with MediaWiki Introduction, followed by categories aimed at administrators, and ending with developers?
