When I look at the German translation of this page with my MediaWiki UI language set to German, the links for the mailing list archives point to for example https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/pywikibot/2017-Januar whereas they should point to https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/pywikibot/2017-January (Januar → January). I post this here on the main page because I assume that this affects multiple translations (all?).

I'm making an attempt with a new template. I expect a translation administrator will apply the changes I made to the translated pages. If not, we might have to ask at Project:Requests.
