Ignored (enforced) for WebP images
[edit]I have found this is completely ignored for WebP images as in it acts as though it's set to true even when set to false and will try and convert to PNG thumbnail regardless and also enforces ImageMagick. I haven't got ImageMagick installed so get errors. EDIT: Was reported at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T308386 81.154.143.7 00:20, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
