The instruction is out of date. There is no ValueView.php. Readme.md has no information on how to install.

I believe that this "extension" can no longer be installed on it's own. It is pulled by Composer for extensions depending on it.

There are messages from this extension on TranslateWiki, such as this, but no group. Can this be fixed?
All messages have a group. That's not an enabled message. In fact, the extension is disabled on translatewiki.net, "Repo is read only".
