Hi. I am getting the following error when I try this with MediaWiki 1.9.3 and phpBB 3.0.10

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden) from within function "SqlBagOStuff::get". Database returned error "1146: Table 'musicma_forums.wikiobjectcache' doesn't exist (xxx.ixwebhosting.com)".

(I removed the SQL table host and replaced it with 'xxx')

I have tried to manually add the table "wikiobjectcache" but that does not work either. Any suggestions? I installed exactly per instructions.
