Extension talk:PageTemplates

The text of the message "bs-pagetemplates-label-tplns" is "Template namespace".

Does it refer to the name of the namespace for templates? (It's "Template:" in English, "Vorlage:" in German, etc.)

Or does it refer to the namespace in which a specific page is currently stored?

In Hebrew, and possibly in other languages, the translation is different for depending on this context.

The readme says: "BlueSpiceExtensions has been split up into separate extensions. There will be no further development on the master branch of this extensions." Indeed, the PageTemplates extension is not part of the current branch in git. But there is no info, where it can be downloaded instead. Where have those spit up extensions gone?
