Map does not show. JavaScript: Uncaught ReferenceError: OpenLayers is not defined

It's failing validation, but I will be happy to merge this in if/when it passes.

Great, thanks for the fix! It's merged in now.

I think the answer is: It only makes the OpenLayer JS libraries internal rather than external and that the OpenLayer libraries can add points and shapes to images (as layers), but OpenLayers JS libraries would be used by another extension (like Page Forms, Cargo, or Maps) to do so.

Can this extension allow me to add points and shapes (annotate) an image?
