What does this extension do?

Add GPL version of Sencha Inc. ExtJS Rich Internet Application Framework

This template is needed to add BlueSpiceFoundation, interface between BlueSpice and Mediawiki. It provides basic functions for the individual BlueSpice extensions.

how to install it?

In LocalSettings.php add :

wfLoadExtension( 'ExtJSBase' );
