English?

I have taken a stab at it, running the Spanish through Google's translator, and going over a few bits by hand. Hopefully there is probably enough there for a non-Spanish-speaker to get it up and running, as I am thinking about doing on my own wiki. Hmm, my wiki's on Siteground, and I'm not sure they'll be happy with my deploying a customized version of doxygen. -- WillWare 04:03, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Pre-Conditions

There is no list of pre-conditions here. I just tried to configure it and got:

 Checking for dot (part of GraphViz)... not found!
 Checking for flex... not found!

I've been trying to download the tarball for 2 weeks, but the link is actually broken. Can somebody provide a working link for doxywiki? Thank you.
