Mysterious parameter for {{for template

in the given example:

{{{for template|HeimarbeitsplatzAdresse|heimarbeitsplatz|label=heimarbeitsplatz|multiple|minimum instances=0}}}

What's the 2nd parameter, which is the unnamed parameter after the form name? I.e "heimarbeitsplatz" in the exmaple above.

I couldn't find in extension:Page Forms an explanation for it.

Is there an example for setting the name of a new page?

In the overview it is implied that this extension can be used for deciding the name of a form-edited page. Is these an example of using the #forminput or the #formlink function?
