Publish action
[edit]On normal circumstances, the publish action should publish the content and lead you to the saved page. Once there it would be good to provide a bit of context and additional instructions to encourage improving the article (regarding the second part, we can create a new story for the future).
On special circumstances, a callout menu (phab:diffusion/ECTX/browse/master/modules/widgets/callout/) is shown to inform of such circumstances, and ask the user to confirm to proceed.
Special circumstances include (more to be added):
- The article already exists.
- The translation has too much of automatic translation.
