Instructions for going from Flow board to wikitext

There is a question here: "I don't want Structured Discussions on my talk page. Is it possible to change it back to the old wikitext style?"

I have a Flow user talk page in the Hebrew Wikipedia. I tried switching it back to wikitext. Moving it to an archive didn't work:

You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:

I belong to the sysop group in the Hebrew Wikipedia, but apparently it's not good enough.

I also tried creating an empty page with the title of the archive and changing its content model, but this didn't work either: "flow-board" doesn't appear in the list of content models I can choose.

So how can this be fixed?
