Analytics/Stories/EEVS/Exec uses UI to select metrics

Story

As an exec (decision maker), I have a UI that lets me choose the metrics I want to visualize, so I can track what's so and decide what's to do.

Notes

• Designers will come up with design (wireframes, Information Architecture etc)
• There are 882 projects to choose from (listed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=sitematrix)
• There are 4 metrics:
  • Newly registered user
  • New editor
  • Productive new editor
  • Surviving new editor
• exec can also choose to see aggregate of each metric across all projects
• Is the UI public or private? Is any of the data private?
